• MULTI WIRE SAW M/C has high rigidity integrated structure, high durability of the rotating body, and is suitable for processing difficult-to-cut materials and large-diameter cutting materials.
• BOTH SIDE SPINDLE DRILLING M/C is using both side spindles to simultaneously process hundreds of tiny holes in silicon electrodes of semiconductor wafers, which is preventing hole misalignment and improving the accuracy between two holes.
