The standard range of Pneumatic Probes comes with IP65 sealing to ensure a long working life in wet or oily environments.
【DJ/P –Pneumatic Push Actuation】
Jet ‘J Type' probes are like pneumatic probes except that actuation is by an inbuilt piston.
High tip forces are available but as air is vented through a port close to the front of the probe, they have a lower IP rating.

2. Dawon Nexview LZ-5000 It is realized technology in 3D Wafer Level Packaging (BGA PGA WLP) in semiconductor field. Speed of soldering is Max. 6 Balls/sec (size: 45um~750UM, the smallest in market), and repeatability is ±1um. Besides, we can turn into the single machine into the whole production line, such as automatic load/unload, inspection, jetting, post-process with flux.
