LD, PD & Fiber Auto-alignment and Packaging System

Overview
The automatic stage unit (X, Y, rotation z) and welding part of three axes equip the package side (BTF/LD/PD) with gimbal of the mechanism made parallel.The fiber side is equipped with the automatic stage unit's (Z, rotation z) of two axes.
The sleeve side of correspondence also in 3 piece type is equipped with the automatic stage unit.
Three YAG optical departments equip the automatic stage unit (Z, focus) of two axes separately.
The automatic stage of the stainless steel frame which KUGE makes has rigidity higher than the automatic stage of the ordinary aluminum frame.
The alignment stabilized since there was little heat expansion is possible for the automatic stage of the stainless steel frame which KUGE makes.
▶Adjusted to optimize the position of the optical fiber junction photodiode and laser diode is a device for fixing YAG laser welding.
▶Our application software CockPit (Patent No.3456524), standardized systems and automated docking Pikusachisofuto, application software and a variety of LD / PD can be supported.
